Thoughts from a pregnant woman

         

     In the dawn of the afternoon, I mean approximately 1:00 pm, the sun was scorching. I was astonished when I saw a middle age nutty woman with pregnancy. My heart was filled with an interrogative thoughts. She pulled out from a lane to the major road and stood like any other normal person. I observed her. She was more careful and road safety conscious than every other normal persons around who were crossing indiscriminately. She waited patiently for the ever busy road traffics to calm down before she strolled across to the other side of the road.

The sugary agony

  

                       

                                 

     A time has come again to invigorate our memory towards the one who voluntarily paid the price of death for us all and instead hope of eternity. Barabbas, a notable prisoner was set free by the crowd’s demand and was replace with Jesus for crucifixion (Matt.27v16).

Prophecy - the army of the Lord

 

God does not sleep nor slumber, He will help Nigerians out of this mess of economic downturn and the slavish liken life compartment. But it may not be by well-meaning POLITICIANS or our elder state MEN, No, not at all, they cannot do more than their best ability.   Believe it or not, divinely will it come with His unfailing instrument of old pattern to allay the cry of His people. It would look like dream in our very eyes; whereby other nations of the world would congratulate us as one of the best countries in the world.The time is coming more nearer every day.

The mercy of God

                      

              

                     

     You are a candidate for God’s mercy and favour in this month of February in Jesus name. The Bible: Romans 9 v 15 – 16 says “for he saith to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion.  So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy”. It is not by your efforts but because you know Him and rely on Him, He said in 1 Sam. 2 v 30 “I will love those who loved me and I will hate those who hateth me”. And I am very certain that you did not despised God. I pray for you, the mercy of God will locate you this season in Jesus name.

OF POLITICS, DEMOCRACY AND LEADERSHIP

                        

                

            True life must grow from within to without, no less than from without to within. The man affects his environment and society as certainly as his environment and society affects him. As the hearts of man widen out to embrace their fellows, so will their political and economic institution must express this feeling. And then the outer world of man will keep pace and peace with the inner life. Until each man practices goodwill towards his fellows there can be no real democracy.

2018: Love as the way forward

                                           

     As we enter the New Year 2018, there are signs of joy and happiness on our faces, at least for scaling through the socioeconomic hardships and political uncertainties of last year. “Compliments of the season” greetings are still sounding from our lips, as we hopefully look forward to a more rewarding year.

Benin cleanup: A Combination of Joy and sadness

     With personal experience for a about year now, I have arrived at the conclusion that the teeming commuters in Benin city metropolis are having hard time in trekking from one bus stop to another; a distance of about two to three k/ms. For example, from Mobil by Ekenwan road Siloko road junction to Total at Akpakpava road or after High Court in Sapele road. No stop no waiting trek as task force official are at alert in weekly days to pick any offender of standing in one position to the constant mobile court that may send him or her to Oko prison. It is very sadden to see people in such endless sorrow daily.

Joy in the sadness

                                                                    

When would Nigerians get lasting joy? The little flash of happiness dropping into their heart for the proceeding Xmas has being hijacked and smothered by some few scrupulous fuel dealers. If they have issues with The Federal Government, is it this crucial time of the year they will cry out? Now they have created artificial scarcity all over the places, thereby creating obstacle and barrier to traveler; resorting to unhappiness. Even the filling station operators (Nigerians too), are not helping matter as by their evil and greed nature have hiked the price at will and unquestionable.

You know what I am talking about.

The Name Jesus

                                               

                                                                                                                The weight of the content in the name of Jesus is immeasurable by any degree of measurement and estimation. The vibration and the unhearing echo of it, if it is mentioned, are above description. Methinks it was this Apostle Paul got an inkling to in Philippians 2 v 9 - 10 when he said: “wherefore God also hath highly exalted him and given him a name which is above every name: that at the mention of the name JESUS every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth and things under the earth”.

December with remembrance

                                      

         You are welcome to December 2017, the month of remembrance and harvest. You will harvest good fruits of life this December in Jesus name. You will move forward in joy and gladness of heart. You will say a warm good-by to the untoward 2017 with a seed of achievement which will come into your hands suddenly. The Lord will not leave you alone on your life’s journey to 2018 and beyond.
